Special Event: Maddi Mays
Maddi Mays brings her stand-up comedy to Helium Comedy Club for a special event. The Los Angeles–based comedian, originally from Houston, performs nationwide and has opened for Kam Patterson, Marlon Wayans, Ralph Barbosa, Mandal, Ken Flores, and other comedians. She was featured at the 2024 Netflix Is a Joke Festival and appeared at the 2025 New York Comedy Festival.
Mays has built an online audience through stand-up clips, podcast appearances, and original sketches. She is also a recurring guest host on Jaime Garcia and Ralph Barbosa’s FatFish Podcast. Before focusing on comedy, she worked in costume design, illustration, and styling for television, film, and music videos, with credits including Hulu’s Dollface and NBC Peacock’s Bust Down. She created the logo for Bust Down, and her visual artwork has appeared in episodes of HBO’s PAUSE with Sam Jay.
