This Philadelphia premiere by Tony Award–winning playwright Jonathan Spector follows a psychology professor whose search for his missing wife unfolds across time. The play interweaves the story of Stalin’s daughter defecting to the United States with that of an American white supremacist’s son as he begins to question his beliefs. Through this theatrical, time-shifting structure, the production examines how people make decisions, change their minds, and contend with responsibility for events beyond their control.

Three actors portray more than a dozen characters, including Stalin’s daughter, Russian schoolgirls, and the son of the white supremacist. Seth Rozin directs the InterAct Theatre Company production.
