A Black Celebration – Philly’s Favorite Depeche Mode Dance Party

A Black Celebration is a Depeche Mode-focused dance party presented by DJ Baby Berlin at Johnny Brenda’s. The night celebrates the darker mood of Depeche Mode’s fifth studio album while expanding into goth, new wave, dark wave, post-punk, death rock, early industrial, Wax Trax!, Factory Records, and classic goth-club sounds.

The event features DJ Baby Berlin with special guest Alex English of Music for the Masses, plus photography by Urbanity Chic. It is intended as an inclusive, safe goth gathering, with no tolerance for homophobia, misogyny, transphobia, racism, xenophobia, physical violence, or other hate.
