Chrysanthemum Festival En Plein Air
This in-person creative arts class invites participants to paint the Chrysanthemum Festival displays in Longwood Gardens’ historic conservatories. With the autumn chrysanthemums, garden landscapes, and natural light as inspiration, students will develop their en plein air painting skills through hands-on instruction in composition and technique.
Botanical artist Diana Heitzman leads the experience, offering guidance suitable for both experienced painters and those who are beginning to explore the medium.
