John Faye, Sug Daniels & Roberta Faceplant

WXPN presents an evening featuring singer-songwriter John Faye, Philadelphia-based singer-songwriter and producer Sug Daniels, and Philadelphia honky-tonk and outlaw-Americana group Roberta Faceplant. Billed as the Scorpio SZN Finale, the concert also includes special guest appearances by Ike, Erin Fox, and Annalise Curtin.

Faye brings material from his long career with the Caulfields, IKE, John & Brittany, and his solo projects. His latest album, *The Long Game*, was released on vinyl in December 2024, and his work includes the Caulfields’ “Devil’s Diary,” film and television placements, and collaborations with David Uosikkinen’s In the Pocket. Daniels blends folk, R&B, and soul with personal songwriting and themes of truth and positive change. Roberta Faceplant delivers country grit through raucous guitars, a driving rhythm section, and the soulful vocals of frontwoman Katie Feeney, combining cowpunk, Southern rock, and working-class country themes with sharp humor.
