Wild Horse Nine

Martin McDonagh’s dark comedy follows two CIA agents, played by John Malkovich and Sam Rockwell, on a covert mission on Easter Island shortly before Chile’s 1973 coup. As personal demons, changing allegiances, and unexpected complications disrupt their assignment, the film examines moral uncertainty through McDonagh’s biting satire and existential drama.

The film is directed by the Academy Award-nominated McDonagh, known for *In Bruges* and *The Banshees of Inisherin*. The ensemble also includes Steve Buscemi, Mariana di Girolamo, Ailín Salas, Tom Waits, and Parker Posey.
