The Blasting Company: plays Over The Garden Wall

The Blasting Company brings its music from *Over the Garden Wall* to Union Transfer. Led by brothers Joshua Kaufman and Justin Rubenstein, the Nashville-born street-band-turned-composing duo blends American folk and Eastern European traditions with orchestral ambition and contemporary sensibilities.

Their best-known work is the score for the acclaimed animated miniseries *Over the Garden Wall*, which has become a seasonal favorite. The brothers have also composed for *Burlesque*, *The Kids of Rutherford County* podcast, Adult Swim’s *The Elephant*, and the tabletop role-playing campaign *The Crooked Moon*. Their collaborations include Tom Kenny, Haley Reinhart, Jemaine Clement, and arranger Van Dyke Parks.
