Sketching in the Galleries

Explore the Philadelphia Museum of Art through informal, drop-in drawing sessions held in different galleries. Each gathering centers on a particular theme and a selected work from the museum’s collection, with the gallery location announced online before the program and posted at Visitor Services desks.

No prior drawing experience is needed, and the museum supplies materials. Attendance and seating may be restricted by the size and layout of the gallery. Participants also receive 10% off art supplies at the museum store.
