Introduction to Companion Planting
Introduction to Companion Planting is a two-week, in-person horticulture course at Longwood Gardens focused on the science and folklore of plant partnerships. Participants will learn how flowers, herbs, and vegetables can work together to support pest management, pollination, soil health, and stronger growth, then apply those principles to home gardens, community plots, and landscape settings. The course is designed for gardeners of all experience levels and serves as an elective for Longwood’s Gardening Certificate.
