Terrarium Workshop: Creating Mini Conservatories
Create a miniature garden under glass during this hands-on horticulture workshop at Longwood Gardens. Inspired by the 32,000-square-foot West Conservatory, participants will arrange and plant their own terrarium to take home, admire, and care for while learning how to help it thrive as a small-scale conservatory.
The workshop is led by Dean Dietrich, a Pennsylvania native and experienced horticulturist who has spent 15 years working in public horticulture, including at Longwood Gardens and Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden.
